Is the Business Momentum Score free?

Yes, and your score appears the moment you finish — no email needed to see it. The long written read of all six dimensions arrives by email if you want it.

Is this the same score as the one in the Sprint?

It is the short version, and eighteen fixed questions have to assume a great deal about you. The number Aneta arrives at on day three is individual to you: two days of getting everything onto one board, built from what you actually say in the room, with her asking the follow-ups this cannot ask. Same dimensions, different depth.

Does it work if I am a solo founder?

Yes. Delegation and operating drag look different at one person, but they are still there and they still set the ceiling — there is business operational drag, and there is leadership operational drag, and a solo founder is carrying both.
