About Aneta

Everything you getfrom consulting, and the part mostconsultants skip.

I am Aneta Kosinska, founder of Lumineer. Eight years leading organisation-wide technology and innovation change across EMEA, the Americas and APAC.

Then I noticed a pattern
Everyone was asked to fix
The visible problem
It had almost always started
Somewhere else entirely

That gap is the invisible architecture. Lumineer is the practice I built to solve there first, before any strategy goes on top.

The arc
Where the methodcame from.

Five bodies of work, in that order. Each one ran into the limit of the one before it, and the fourth is where I stopped to find out why.

What each one exposed
Aneta Kosinska working a problem out on a wall of notes
  1. Chapter 01

    Business optimization

Inside the mechanics of making things work better: sharper processes, tighter systems, measurable gains. It taught me how to refine what already exists.

Optimization has no answer for “what if the premise is wrong?”

  2. Chapter 02

R&D, venture capital and innovation hubs

The build side, evaluating and backing new ideas at their earliest and most fragile stage. It taught me how ideas get found, funded and set in motion.

Capital can bless an idea long before the technology behind the idea can hold weight.

  3. Chapter 03

    Global enterprise technology transformation

Large programs redrawing how organisations work: systems replaced, operating models rebuilt, thousands of people asked to work differently on a Monday morning. More than 100,000 users have moved through change on programs I have led.

The technology was never the hard part. The hard part was intangible.

  4. The slowing downChapter 04

    Mind architecture, somatics and consciousness

A deliberate slowing down, into the layer every stage before it had been colliding with and ignoring: how people actually change, integrate it and sustain it, at the level of the body and the psyche rather than the org chart.

You can implement any tech and still stall, if the root cause isn’t handled.

  5. Speeding back upChapter 05

    Building Lumineer

Incubators, accelerators, capital markets: the same tools as the first three chapters, now built on the foundation the fourth one gave me.

Where the others stopped is where Lumineer starts.

What the rooms taught me
Change holds when the peoplecarrying it own it.

The plan matters and the governance matters. What makes it land is the people carrying it believing it and owning it. More than a hundred thousand people have moved through change on programs I have led, and that is the part that made the difference.

Why Lumineer
I built the practiceI could never hire.

I spent years watching well-built programmes stall for reasons that never made it into a status report. Nobody was going to raise them in a steering committee, and no consultant was going to ask. So I left, and built the practice that does ask.

Consulting works here

Force multipliers and efficiency

  • A diagnosis you can defend
  • A roadmap and a stakeholder plan
  • A change curve, correctly drawn
  • Governance, and a steering committee
Momentum is found here

True presence and precision

  • Finding root cause, not the symptom
  • The objection that finally gets said out loud
  • The decision that stops sliding
  • A room that agrees, and then moves

Lumineer runs both at once: the enterprise method with none of the rigour removed, and the presence, insight and precision that let an organisation regenerate itself rather than be forced to change.

A strategy nobody can feel is a strategy nobody will run.

How I work
Four guiding principlesthat keep us moving fast!
  • 01

    Name it before fixing it

Most stalled businesses are carrying a problem everyone can feel and nobody has said out loud. We start there.

  • 02

    The body is data

Fear, hesitation, avoidance, the decision that keeps sliding a week. These are signals, and they are usually more accurate than the deck.

  • 03

    The rigour stays

Methodology driven, master of science level of analysis, highly objective, numbers driven. The rigour does not get softened, it gets a second layer.

  • 04

    You in your power

This is your business and your leadership. You’re in control. The Sprint is a space for you to feel and think and decide through it all, so you can take powerful big bets and feel confident even under pressure.

The practice
I practice what I teach.

This is not a theory I write about. It is how my own day is built, and it is why I can usually tell inside an hour when yours is running on willpower.

    Movement first, before the inbox
  • A hand at the chest, breathing
The senses get a say in the decision
  • Writing the day out by hand
Everything out of the head, onto paper
  • A single timer beside the laptop
    One timer, one thing
  • A pause with tea
A real pause, not a scroll
  • Resting deliberately in the afternoon
    Recovery is scheduled, not earned
